Domingo & Dena Salas
We are a native Floridian husband and wife team! Domingo is a Key West Conch and Dena is a Tampa Bay native, Domingo spears the fish and Dena cooks them! We are both passionate about the Florida outdoors, hunting, foraging, fishing and small-scale agriculture. Dena is an amateur home chef, her inspiration comes from her Basque ancestry with a Florida twist.
