TAKU KONDO

Chef Taku worked as a sushi chef in San Francisco and began creating content displaying his love for the outdoors and passion for cooking. Each episode he displayed his knowledge in fishing and foraging combined together with his cooking expertise. He often displays how the whole fish can be used from head to tail and even parts in the guts.
