This simple raw fish dish has flavour profiles of tangy, sweet and savoury. The delicious texture and taste of the Feijoa pairs well with pelagic species like Kingfish. This dish is perfect to impress friends and family who want to try something a little bit different; especially during warmer months, it has a lovely summery appeal.
